1.2 Educated Suggestions
Our recommendations on marketing strategies, workflow, or creative processes are based on experience and expertise. These suggestions are not mandatory, and you retain full control over every decision relating to your final product.
2. Marketing & Distribution Rights
2.1 Usage for Marketing
FGS Post is permitted to use the final product (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to showcasing on our social media platforms, website, and portfolio. Any such use will always be credited appropriately to you as the owner of the product.
2.2 Profit Forfeiture
Should our promotional activities generate any additional revenue, FGS Post will forfeit any claim to such profits. The final product remains yours, and no separate royalties or fees will be assessed.
3. Ownership & Licensing of “AutoDIT”
3.1 Ownership
FGS Post retains exclusive ownership and all intellectual property rights to the “AutoDIT” system. This includes the software, associated methodologies, and any enhancements or modifications.
3.2 Optional Integration
You may choose whether to include AutoDIT in your project’s workflow or pricing quote. Excluding AutoDIT may increase project timelines and alter cost estimates.
3.3 Subscription Licensing
-
If you purchase an AutoDIT subscription, you receive a time-limited license to use the product solely for the duration specified in your contract.
-
Failure to submit payment by the agreed-upon due date may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of your AutoDIT subscription until payment is received.
4. Client Rights & Responsibilities
4.1 Creative Control
You have final authority over all creative and strategic directions. While FGS Post provides expert guidance, you are free to accept or decline any recommendation.
4.2 Timely Collaboration
You agree to communicate promptly, provide feedback in a timely manner, and supply any necessary materials or approvals to ensure efficient progression of the project.
5. Payment & Contractual Obligations
5.1 End-of-Contract Payment
All due payments must be made in full by the conclusion date specified in the contract. This ensures uninterrupted access to your final product and any agreed-upon deliverables.
5.2 Non-Payment Consequences
Failure to remit payment may lead to:
-
Suspension or cessation of any ongoing services.
-
Removal or halting the distribution of your product until payment is received.
-
Initiation of further action, including but not limited to legal recourse, could be used to secure payment.
6. Revisions & Approvals
Any modifications to the scope, design, or content of the project should be requested in writing. FGS Post will accommodate reasonable changes, which may affect timelines and costs.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
In no event shall FGS Post be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from project delays, losses, or the use of the final product.
8. Amendments
FGS Post reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at its discretion. Notice of any material changes will be provided to you, and continued use of our services will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment

These Terms are intended to guide our professional partnership. They serve as a framework for cooperation, best practices, and clear communication.
